1. Information on how to enter this “Promotion” and the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.2. Entry to this Promotion is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or older (“Eligible Entrants”).4. This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.5. This Promotion will be communicated via the “Promoter’s Facebook Page” and also by the “Supercars Championship Facebook Page”.6. There is no fee to enter this Promotion.7. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, as well as the Promoter’s dealers and agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 8. This Promotion commences at 6:00pm AEST on Wednesday 5th June 2019 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 26th June 2019. (“Promotional Period”). No entries outside of the Promotional Period will be permitted by the Promoter. 9. To enter this Promotion, simply click the relevant link provided on the Promoter’s Facebook Page and submit the entry form provided on the “Promoter’s Website”. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to be eligible to win the prize.10. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the required fields will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.11. Eligible Entrants may enter a maximum of 5 times with a limit of 1 per day and not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.12. The Promoter reserves the right to request the “Winner” of this Promotion to provide proof of identity, ages and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim a prize. Failure to do so shall see the Winner forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.13. This Promotion will be held once only. The Winner will be drawn at 11am AEST on Thursday 27th June 2019 and announced on the Promoter’s Facebook Page. The Winner will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of being drawn. The prize draw will take place at the office of the Promoter’s agency “TUG Sydney”, Level 7, 61 Marlborough Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. All entries will be judged based on the criteria set out in clause 19 and there will be only 1 Winner selected.14. On behalf of the Promoter, TUG Sydney will record the Winner and “Back-Up Winners” in order of draw. In the event that an ineligible entry is drawn or the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner within 48 hours of the prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that Winner’s entry invalid and the new Winner will be the first valid Back-Up Winner’s entry that was selected. Should this occur, the new Winner will be notified by phone or email on Monday 1st July 2019.
