The competition is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Participants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian approval.

The competition starts on June 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM (AEST) and ends on August 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM (AEST).

To enter, participants must fill out all required fields in the online entry form, including explaining why they would love to win the tour, agree to the terms and conditions, and submit the form.

The prize is a Family VIP Trip for four to the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. It includes: - A behind-the-scenes tour with an Olympian/Paralympian. - Coaching sessions with AIS coaches covering training, nutrition, and mental toughness. - Lunch with an AIS athlete in the athlete’s dining hall. - Access to cutting-edge training equipment and Sportex interactive sports exhibit. - 4 Ultimate AIS gift packs valued at $160 each. - Return flights to Canberra for four people, valued at up to $3200. - 2 nights' accommodation at Crown Plaza Canberra with breakfast and parking. - $1000 Canberra Centre Gift Card or substitute prize.
