Eligibility and Entry
2. This campaign is available from 10:00 (AEDT) on 24 May 2021 to 10:00am (AEDT) on 7 June 2021
(Campaign Period).
3. To be eligible to participate in this campaign, a player must enter their details into the form on
Littlebirdie.com.au and spin the wheel. Entrants must reside in Victoria, New South Wales,
Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory. *Excludes ACT & South Australia
Spinning and Prizes
4. Each player may win a prize from the prize pool by spinning the wheel on littlebirdie.com.au.
When the Wheel stops spinning and the arrow lands on the segment indicating the prize, the player
will win the prize corresponding to the prize stated on that segment on the Wheel.
5. Each individual is only entitled to spin the wheel once and win a single prize. Any additional prizes
that are won by an individual using alternative details may be voided at Little Birdie discretion.

Winner Announcement & Use of Prizes
7. Winners will be notified on the page immediately after spinning the wheel. Vouchers will be
delivered via email within 12 hours of spinning. Gift cards will be delivered via email within 3
business days.

Retailer Vouchers – Each voucher is governed by their own terms and conditions which can be

12. All prizes or any unused portion of a prize are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be
redeemed for cash.
13. Little Birdie reserves the right to substitute a prize with alternative prize(s) of similar or greater
value in the event that the original prize offered is not available for any reason outside Little Birdie’s
control.
Miscellaneous
14. Little Birdie reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Little Birdie
has reason to believe to have breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any
unlawful or otherwise improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of
the campaign. Little Birdie reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such
an offender. Little Birdie’s decision in this matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By participating in this campaign, winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all
editorial activities relating to this campaign, including but not limited to being interviewed,
video-recorded and photographed. The participating winners agree to grant Little Birdie and its
related entities a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use such audio, footage and/or photographs in
all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The winners agree
that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story, video and/or photographs to any media or
other organisations.
16. Winners consents to Little Birdie and its related entities using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this campaign (including any outcome), and
promoting the services supplied or facilitated by Little Birdie and its related entities.
17. Little Birdie accepts no responsibility for any unsuccessful spinning due to a technical error,
technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of
any kind whatsoever.
18. Little Birdie is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunities), damage (including but not
limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), personal injury, illness or death suffered in relation
to this campaign or the acceptance or use of the prize(s), except for any liability which under the
statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by
law).
19. Subject to applicable laws and subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities,
Little Birdie reserves the right to:
(a) amend these terms and conditions at any time; and/or
(b) modify, suspend or terminate this campaign at any time.
20. This campaign shall be governed by the laws of Victoria.
