Who can enter the La Trobe Financial A Day On The Green: Roxette Experience Lottery?

The Lottery is open to permanent Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of La Trobe Financial, Roundhouse Entertainment, Mushroom Creative House, and their immediate family members.

When does the Lottery close?

The Lottery entry period opens at 10:00 am (AEDT) on 22 January 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 23 February 2025.

How can one enter the Lottery?

To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the prescribed entry form. Each eligible entrant may only submit one entry, and incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

What are the prizes in the Lottery?

The total maximum retail value of the Lottery prize pool is $4,879.80 (excluding GST). The prize includes:
- Two (2) General Admission tickets to see Roxette at A Day On The Green festival on 15 March 2025 at Bimbadgen, Hunter Valley, New South Wales, valued at $279.80.
- Two (2) nights twin-share accommodation at a selected 4-star hotel, valued at up to $1,400.
- If the winner resides outside of New South Wales, two (2) return economy class flights for the winner and their companion from the nearest Australian airport, valued at up to $2,200.
- If the winner resides outside of New South Wales, return transfers from the arrival airport to the accommodation for two (2), valued at up to $800.
- Return transfers for two (2) between the accommodation and A Day On The Green festival, valued at up to $200.

What is the process for the Lottery draw?

The Lottery draw will be conducted electronically at 12:30 pm (AEDT) on 24 February 2025, at La Trobe Financial’s office in Melbourne. One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entrants. If the winner does not claim the prize, a redraw will occur on 4 March 2025.

How will the winner be notified and what happens next?

The winner will be contacted via email and telephone within two business days of the draw and must accept the prize within three business days. If the winner fails to respond, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next drawn eligible entrant.

Are there any additional costs or responsibilities for the winner?

Yes, any expenses related to the prize, including meals, entertainment, travel insurance, and incidentals, are the winner’s responsibility. The organizers are not responsible for any cancellations or delays related to the flights or event.

Is the prize transferable or exchangeable?

No, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded.

What happens if there are issues with the Lottery?

If the Lottery is interfered with due to technical difficulties, fraud, or other reasons beyond control, La Trobe Financial reserves the right to disqualify entrants and/or modify, suspend, or cancel the Lottery as permitted by law.
