The Whirlpool Microwave Competition is organised by Arisit Pty Limited, the authorised Australian distributor of Whirlpool products. The competition is conducted on behalf of Whirlpool and is open to eligible Australian residents.

The Whirlpool Microwave Competition offers five prizes, each consisting of a Whirlpool 32L Freestanding All-in-One Microwave Oven in Black, valued at AUD $1,599 RRP. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $7,995. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the final model and colour supplied, depending on product availability.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 December 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted. Participants are encouraged to ensure their entries are received within this timeframe to be considered valid.
How do I enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must like the official Whirlpool giveaway post on Instagram, follow @whirlpool_aunz, comment and tag at least one genuine Instagram account, and complete the online entry form. Each additional comment tagging a different account provides an extra entry. Consent to join the Whirlpool email database is required.
Who is eligible to enter the Whirlpool Microwave Competition?
The Whirlpool Microwave Competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Arisit Pty Limited, Whirlpool, and associated agencies, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected through a random draw process at 10:00 AM on Monday, 11 January 2027, at Arisit Pty Limited's office in Dandenong South, VIC. The first five eligible entries drawn will each win a prize, with reserve entries drawn in case of ineligibility.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven days of the draw. Additionally, winners may be contacted via Instagram direct message. The last name, first initial, and postcode of each winner will be published on the official Whirlpool competition webpage within 30 days of the draw.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed after two months from the original draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 10:00 AM on Monday, 15 March 2027. Replacement winners will be notified by email within seven days of the redraw and their details published online.
