The competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven and affiliate broadcasting signals are received. Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

The competition period is from Wednesday 22nd March 2023 at 05:30 (AEDT) to Monday 31st July 2023 at 16:00 (AEST). However, there are specific entry periods for each daily prize within this overall period.

Viewers must visit the designated competition page on the Sunrise website, register their personal details, and submit an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less. They need to explain why they deserve to have their bill paid by Sunrise and specify the cost of the bill they would like Sunrise to pay (up to $1,500).

There will be nine prize winners, one winner per entry period. Each winner will receive a cash prize to cover up to $1,500 of their specified bill. The total maximum prize pool value is $13,500 AUD.

Entrants can only enter once per day. Entrants who have won a prize in any Sunrise competition in the past 12 months are not eligible to win a prize in this competition, except for South Australian residents who are eligible to win more than one prize. The entry must be the original creation of the entrant and free from any claims by other parties. The Promoter may reject entries that contain offensive or infringing content. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries.
