2. Entry is only open to participants aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia (excluding residents of New South Wales). The competition is not open to a defacto spouse, parent, sibling, or coworker of the Promoter.
3. The competition will be conducted from Monday the 12th of May, 2014 at 10am, to Monday the 26th of May, 2014 at 11:59PM (the ?Competition Period?).
4. To enter the competition, entrants must, during the Competition Period, fill out the following survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SVQT5W7 including their name and email address.
5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. Entrants may only submit one (1) entry.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Any form of automated entry using any device or software is invalid.
7. The competition will be drawn on Tuesday the 27th May, 2014 at Suite 108, 9-11 Claremont St, South Yarra, Victoria, Australia. The prize will be awarded to a valid entrant who is randomly drawn (?The Winner?). The judges? decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize is either a free naturopathic consultation with Gauri Yardi at South Yarra Osteopathy, Suite 108, 9-11 Claremont St, South Yarra, Victoria, valued at AUD$100 OR a Coles/Myer Gift Card to the value of AUD$50. Once notified, The Winner may choose which prize they wish to receive. Prizes are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash. Should a prize winner choose not to accept the prize allocated by the Promoter, the prize will not be substituted with another prize. If the specified prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
9. If the Winner chooses to receive a voucher, the voucher is valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
10. The Winner will be notified via email on Tuesday the 27th of May, and their name will be published on the Promoter?s Facebook profile.
11. The prize will be either collected from Suite 108, 9-11 Claremont St, South Yarra, Victoria, at a time mutually agreed upon between the Promoter and the Winner, or mailed to the winner via Australia Post, within 21 days of the prize draw. Any loss of prizes by Australia Post is not the responsibility of the Promoter. In that event, the Promoter may or may not, at its discretion, replace the prize.
12. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by an entrant. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize or participation in any competition or prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. A person who enters a competition releases from and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in any competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.

Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: (a) tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion; (b) tampering with the operation of the competition or web site; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (d) if an entrant selected as winner is found to be in breach of any term of these General Competition Entry Rules, a new winner may be selected and, in the event that the entrant in breach has been awarded a prize, the entrant may be required to return the prize or reimburse the value of the prize of the Promoter.

Entrants and participants in the competition acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and entrants and participants in the competition release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability arising from the competition. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
