Outdoor Family Adventure Competition
Terms and Conditions
Your entry into Mozzigear’s Choose your Own Outdoor Family Adventure Competition (the
Competition) is deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Information on how to
enter the Competition and the Prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Who Can Enter
1. The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2. Employees and immediate families of Franbar Glen Pty Ltd (the Promoter) and associated
agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition. Immediate family includes: spouse, exspouse,
defacto spouse, child or step-child (including by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister
or first cousin.
3. By entering the Competition, you warrant that you meet the entry requirements and accept all
conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed by
the Promoter to be ineligible to enter the Competition, who has breached any of these Terms
and Conditions or who has engaged in unlawful or improper misconduct compromising the fair
and just running of the Competition.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or individual entering the
Competition at any time.
How to Enter
6. The Competition commences on 4 December 2018 at 09:00 AM AEDT and closes on 5
February 2019 at 18:00 PM AEDT (the Competition Period).
7. Entries must be received within the Competition Period.
8. To enter the Competition, eligible individuals must:
i) purchase an eligible product from the Mozzigear product range (see website for eligible
products and stockists) and retain their receipt as proof of purchase
ii) visit https://www.mozzigear.com.au/win and complete the entry form
iii) upload a photo or scan of their receipt as proof of purchase
9. Entries that do not have an attached receipt as proof of purchase will not be eligible to win.
10. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions. One (1) unique receipt as proof of purchase is
required per entry. Multiple entry using the same proof of purchase will not be accepted and will
not be eligible to win.
11. Proof of purchase must be for eligible products purchased during the Competition Period.
12. Late, incomplete, indecipherable, discriminatory or otherwise offensive entries will be deemed
invalid and may be disqualified.
The Prize
13. The Prize (the Prize) comprises of winner’s choice of one (1) of the following holiday options:
• EITHER Fraser Island Family Adventure, which includes:
• Return economy class flights from winner’s nearest Australian state capital city to
Hervey Bay, QLD including luggage and taxes (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Return airport transfers (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Return ferry service (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Five (5) nights’ accommodation at Kingfisher Bay Resort, in a 2 bedroom standard
villa with aircon including breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Four (4) days 4WD rental from Kingfisher Bay Resort (for up to 2 adults and
2 children)
• OR Great Ocean Road Family Adventure, which includes:
• Return economy class flights from winner’s nearest Australian state capital city to
Melbourne, VIC including luggage and taxes (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Seven (7) days car hire of a Compact Wagon vehicle type from Melbourne airport
including unlimited kilometres (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Four (4) nights’ accommodation at Mantra, Lorne, in a 2 bedroom unit including
breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)

(for up to 2 adults and 2 children)

• Seven (7) days car hire of a Compact SUV vehicle type from Melbourne airport
including unlimited kilometres (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Six (6) nights’ accommodation at Island Cove Villas, in a family room with pool
including room only, no breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Phillip Island 5 Parks Pass (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• OR Sydney Family Adventure, which includes:
• Return economy class flights from winner’s nearest Australian state capital city to
Sydney, NSW including luggage and taxes (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Six (6) days car hire of a Compact Wagon vehicle type from Sydney airport including
unlimited kilometres (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Four (4) nights’ accommodation at a minimum 4* hotel located in the Sydney CBD, in
a family room including breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• One (1) night’s accommodation at Taronga Zoo (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Taronga Zoo Roar and Snore at Taronga Zoo package (for up to 2 adults and
2 children)
• 3 days’ iVenture Card (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• OR Tasmania Family Adventure, which includes:
• Return economy class flights from winner’s nearest Australian state capital city to
Hobart, TAS including luggage and taxes (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Eight (8) days car hire of a Compact Wagon vehicle type from Hobart airport
including unlimited kilometres (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Freycinet Lodge, in a family cabin including
breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Cradle Mountain Hotel, in a family room
including breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation at a minimum 4* hotel located in the Hobart CBD
including breakfast (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Admission to Tasmanian Nature Company’s Unzoo (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
• Admission to Port Arthur Historic Site (for up to 2 adults and 2 children)
13. The total Prize pool is valued at up to $9,742 AUD. The Prize, or any portion of the Prize, is not
transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise stated or
agreed by the Promoter. No compensation will be offered if the winner is unable to accept the
Prize.
14. Additional costs and any other ancillary costs resulting from acceptance of the Prize that are
not stated as inclusions are not included as part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the
winner. These may include, but are not limited to visa and passport applications, vaccinations
additional taxes, additional transfers, travel insurance, spending money, additional meals and
additional sightseeing or activities.
15. A credit card imprint or deposit may be required at check-in to hotels for all incidental charges
not included as part of this Prize.
16. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. The Promoter reserves the right to
substitute any portion of the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value in accordance
with licensing and state regulations.
17. The Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date.
The Prize Draw and Judging Process
18. The Prize draw will take place at Ground Floor, 280 Auburn Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122 on 12
February 2019 at 11:00 AM AEDT (the Draw Date).
19. The Promoter will review all eligible entries and select one (1) winning entry (the Prize
Winner). Determination of the Prize Winner shall be made by the Promoter at its sole
discretion, and such determination shall be final and binding.
20. The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
21. The Prize Winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within 24 hours of the Draw Date.
Upon acceptance of the Prize, the Prize Winner's name will be published on the Promoter’s
website at https://www.mozzigear.com.au/win and may be published on the Promoter’s social
media profiles.
22. The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Winner within seven (7) days of being notified.
23. If the Prize Winner does not claim their Prize within seven (7) days of the Draw Date, the Prize
will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted to determine a valid Prize Winner. The new
Prize Winner will be notified within two (2) days of the date of the redraw.
24. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. Please note that third parties may also have terms and conditions that apply to the Prize. Prize
Winners must review and agree to any terms and conditions provided by the third parties in
order to redeem or participate in the Prize.
Liability and Release
26. Your entry into the Competition, confirms that you own all necessary rights to provide the
intellectual property constituting your entry.
27. As a condition of entering the Competition, you hereby grant the Promoter, the supplier and
their affiliates irrevocable, royalty-free rights to reproduce, modify and republish any material
created as a result of entry into the Competition, including but not limited to your competition
entry, photographs, sound recordings and video recordings and acknowledge you will not be
entitled to any fee for such use.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude
or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and
Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer
protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
29. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook and/or Instagram and the Prize Winner fully releases Facebook and/or Instagram
from any liability.
30. The Prize Winner may be required to enter into a deed of release in the form prescribed by the
Promoter. The Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that a failure to enter into this deed may
result in the Prize being forfeited.
Personal Information
31. Any personal information submitted to the Promoters will be held in accordance with the
Privacy Act 1998 (Cth). The Promoter may disclose personal information of entrants to
suppliers and affiliates in order to administer or otherwise run the Competition.
32. Personal information collected during the Competition Period may be used for direct marketing
purposes.
