Terms and Conditions DADOquartz® Dream Bathroom Design Competition By participating in the DADOquartz® Dream Bathroom Design Competition participants agree to the terms and conditions below. The competition is run by Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions (Pty) Ltd the official distributor of DADOquartz® bathtubs and basins, in association with Bespoke Bathware as a prize Supplier. The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify a participant who does not comply with any of the terms and conditions of the competition according to the Promoter. 1) The competition starts at 00h00 on 09 April 2020 and ends at 12h00 on 9 May 2020. 2) The competition is open to everyone, except the following individuals- a) A director, member, partner, an employee or agent of, or consultant to, the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, as well as a supplier of goods or services relating to the competition, or b) A spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person referred to in paragraph (a) 3) Entrance must comply to the following: a) Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia; you must be over the age of 18 years and a natural person. b) Agree for Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions and DADOquartz® to publish the bathroom area with before and after photos as well as videos of the bathroom without revealing location or address of the winner. c) Agree to an online video interview which will be broadcasted on the DADOquartz® & Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions websites and social media platforms d) Entrants may submit entries up to the one (1) Entry. e) Entry into the Competition via competition website free. However, any costs associated with accessing the relevant social media platform or competition website are the responsibility of each Entrant and dependent on the internet service provider used. 4) Entrants stand to win: a) One (1) x DADOquartz bathtub up the retail value of $4990 including GST b) Two (2) x Matching DADOquartz basins up to the value of $590 each including GST c) One (1) x Bespoke Bathware matching bath waste up to the value of $139 including GST d) Two (2) x Bespoke Bathware matching dome basin wastes up to the value of $89 each including GST e) One (1) x Bespoke Bathware custom tile insert waste up to 2 meters value $960 retail including GST f) Freight of products to the winner’s home Additional to the prize following the completion of the entry Should any entrant who completes and submits the DADOquartz® Dream Bathroom Design Competition entry, go on to purchase a DADOquartz® bathtub or a Bespoke Bathware product from one of our distributors nationally, Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions will: a) offer $500 off the RRP price of that selected DADOquartz bathtub. b) offer 15% off of the retail price of the Bespoke Bathware products featured in this competition prize. c) This offer is valid until 1 December 2020. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. 7) Please note all risk and responsibility towards the prize will pass over to the participant/winner as soon as the prize is accepted in writing. The winner will therefore be also bound to any regulations imposed by Australian Law. 8) By winning the prizes the following warranties are included: a) DADOquartz® Lifetime Warranty for DADOquartz® products (standard warranty) b) 25-year warranty on all floor wastes c) 12-month warranty on bath and basin wates 9) A valid entry will consist of a fully completed entry form including file submissions. Only online submission entries be accepted. 10) The winner is selected by a panel of 5 judges judging on the following criteri a) Originality b) Motivation/your story c) Design d) Creativity e) Trendiness f) Follow our page on Facebook and Instagram (@dadoquartzbathware, @sirenebathware_australia and @uliabathware_au) 11) The chosen date for the judging will be 20 – 30 May 2020. 12) The Judges decision will be final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter will be final and binding. 13) DADOquartz® Dream Bathroom Design Competition: visit the competition page on https://dadoquartzbathware.com/australia-win-your-dream-bathroom/ 14) The winner will be contacted telephonically after the Judges have made the final decision Winners must provide the following documents to Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions after being notified of their win to accept their prize: – Winning letter, completed entry, a copy of a valid Identification document, full name and surname as well as proof of residence. – The prize is non transferrable. No substitution or assignment of the prize is permitted but the Promoter of the competition reserves the right to substitute the prize with the prize of comparable value for any reason. The date of the delivery cannot be longer than 12 months from announcement date. – If the winner does not accept the prize in writing within 7 days from notification a second round of judging will take place. 15) Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions will keep the prize in storage, in the case of the winner’s property still in the building phase, for a period of 12 months from the date of the competition winner announcement. 16) Winners are responsible for keeping contact details up to date on the to enable prompt notification should you be chosen as the winner. 17) The Winner’s name will immediately be posted on the Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions and DADOquartz® websites and social media platforms. 18) The marketing agency contact the winner to arrange the delivery of the prize as soon as the winner has accepted the prize 19) Prizes will be delivered to the physical address provided by the winner. 20) Prizes can only be delivered to the winner and not a representative. 21) The entrants use of the Website and/or customer profile is entirely at the entrant’s own risk and he/she assumes full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use thereof. Destinkt. Bathroom Solutions does not accept liability that may arise in connection with the uploading, reproduction, display, use, distribution or sharing by a user of his/her customer profile. 22) By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material. 23) The prize will not be transferable to another person. 24) No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. 25) All aspects of a Prize must be taken together as a package. If for any reason the Winner does not (or is unable to) take their Prize or an element of their Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, they forfeit their Prize or that element of their Prize and no compensation or substitute will be offered. 26) Prizes may not, without the prior written consent of the Prize Supplier/s and the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter or the Prize Supplier/s may, at their absolute discretion, withdraw the Prize. Where a Prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause, no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered and the Winner and any person who has purchased or otherwise bears that ticket will be refused entry. 27) Each Prize will be awarded in the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter may invalidate any prize claim where the Winner has breached these Terms and Conditions or otherwise failed to comply with any requirement under these Terms and Conditions. 28) It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must sign a legal release or releases in a form determined by the Promoter and Prize Supplier/s in their absolute discretion. 29) Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified. 30) By entering the competition participants indemnify the Promoter (including any of its agents) from any claims and/liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participating in the competition or use of a prize. 31) All risk and liability pertaining to any prize passes to the winner on signing over and receipt thereof. Winners hereby indemnify the Promoter (including any of its agents) against claims based on defective products rewarded as prizes. 32) Queries can be directed to the competition line 0430 388 292.
