Win your dream shoe and have it featured in Famous Magazine! - To enter the promotion, participants must design a shoe using the Shoes of Prey design engine (accessible online at www.bestshoeever.com.au) and lodge their entry through the competition website www.shoesofprey.com.au/theiconic. Multiple entries are permitted per person. The public will be able to vote on entries through http://www.shoesofprey.com/competition/theiconic/leaderboard, subject to voting restrictions referred to on that page. The top 5 most voted valid entries as well as 5 picked by a jury selected by THE ICONIC will be chosen at 12pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 12 June 2013 and will go into a final. All 10 finalists will win a pair of the shoe they designed and will be notified by email 8am (AEST) on Thursday, 13th June 2013. The winner will be selected 5pm (AEST) on Monday, 17th June 2013 at Level 2, 84-86 Mary Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Draw Date”). For the avoidance of doubt, use of the Shoes of Prey design engine and entry into this competition is subject to the Terms of Use of the Shoes of Prey website (available at http://www.shoesofprey.com/content/terms.html, and as amended from time to time). Further, by entering the competition, entrants expressly grant THE ICONIC an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any and all of the entrant’s intellectual property (of whatever nature) that comes into THE ICONIC’s possession in connection with this competition.
