The first valid entry drawn will win their mortgage or rent paid for a year up to the value of $60,000, paid as an electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool value is up to $60,000.
What are the terms regarding the prize?
If the winner’s mortgage or rent is less than $60,000, they will forfeit the remaining value of the prize. The winner must provide evidence to substantiate the value of 12 months' worth of rent or mortgage payments.
Is there a redraw for unclaimed prizes?
Yes, a draw for unclaimed prizes may take place on 11 March 2024, with the winner notified by email and phone within two business days of the draw and their name published on 25 March 2024.
What is the Promoter’s responsibility regarding prize liability?
The Promoter excludes liability for any personal injury or loss or damage arising in any way out of the promotion, subject to any non-excludable guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act and other consumer protection laws.
