Entering the competition
Entry is open to all residents of the Australia and New Zealand aged 18 and above (“Participants”). The competition is not open to Phoenix Trading employees (and their families).
To enter the draw, you must first ‘follow’ Phoenix Trading on Pinterest (uk.pinterest.com/PhoenixTradingA/) and create a board called ‘Phoenix Giftwrap Competition’, filling it with your presents, parcels and gifts, all beautifully wrapped in Phoenix paper and / or tissue. To complete the entry, send a link to your board as a comment under our original Giftwrap Competition pin on our Pinterest page.
Only one person per entry. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
The Competition closes at one minute to midnight on Tuesday 14th October 2014 (AEST).
Choosing the winner
One winner from all of the correct entries will be chosen chosen by our Directors.
The winner will be announced on the Phoenix Trading Pinterest page on or before Friday 21st October 2014.
The Winner must provide their full details within 14 days in order for us to administer their prize. The prize will be sent out to the winner within 28 days of receiving these details. The winner may be used for post-event publicity. Our decision is final.
If after reasonable attempts a winner cannot be contacted, Phoenix Trading reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner.
Phoenix Trading will only use your details to contact you if you are a winner of the competition.
The Prize
The winner will receive a Giftwrap Kit worth over $100 which includes:
A selection of rollwrap, cellophane wrap, gift tags, ribbons and tissue paper from the Phoenix Trading range
Gift Wrapping instructions
Double sided tape
Sharp craft scissors

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Pinterest. Pinterest has no liability in respect of this competition. All information you provide when you enter the competition is provided to Phoenix Trading and not to Pinterest.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.
Phoenix Trading’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.
Phoenix Trading reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if Phoenix Trading reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions or to have otherwise acted in an inappropriate or deceitful manner.
Phoenix Trading reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the competition if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the competition is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Phoenix Trading that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the competition).
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way Phoenix Trading’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, Phoenix Trading shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant that is caused by:
technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in the competition;
any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the prize;
any act or omission of any third party; or
any other events beyond Phoenix Trading’s control that may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the prize in transit to the winner.
If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall continue to apply.
We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the competition. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Phoenix Trading reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery after 14 days, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
By taking part in the competition, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 years to take part. To claim, photographic ID may be required.
