WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry to the promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Australian residents aged 14 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements. Entrants aged under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, guardian, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion begins at 9:00am on 1/09/2015 and closes at: 23.59.59 pm (Melbourne time) on 29/09/2015 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, during the Promotion Period, an entrant must
Purchase any ONE (1) Schweppes branded 375mL, 440mL, 600mL, 450mL or 300mL product (“Product”) from a participating store advertising the Promotion;
Visit www.shakeandwin.com.au (the “Website”), follow the instructions on the Website and fully complete the entry form (including full name, mobile number, email address and the last five (5) digits of the product barcode); then
Play the game on the Website and see if you are an instant winner.
Only one (1) entry per Product purchased. Multiple entries are allowed, however there is a maximum of one (1) entry per day per entrant. Entrants must retain receipt(s) for ALL entries.
Failure to produce receipts for all entries or claims within the timeframe requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, the Product that was purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
