Information on prizes and how to enter the "Win one of four Beautiful Accommodation Getaways Competition" form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 3. Competition entries open on Tuesday 02 May 2017 at 11.59 AM and entries close on Wednesday 31 May 2017 at 11:59 AM. 4. Prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter via phone and email within 48 hours of prize draw. If prizes are unclaimed by prize winners within five business days, then the prize will be subject to a redraw. 5. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferrable to another name or another property and can’t be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications that may occur from prize winnings. 6. By entering the "Win your ultimate Beautiful Accommodation getaway", entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 7. Competition entry is open to Australian residents, over the age of 18 years; excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant Media and prize partners. 8. Entrants can enter to win one of three prizes. Prize is specified by entrant at time of entry by selecting preferred package and prize selection can't be changed post entry. 1. Prize package 1 is the “Romantic Retreat” package which includes a two night stay for two at Villa d'Amour and the prize includes breakfast for two and a bottle of wine and a gourmet antipasto platter. Package 1 is valued at $750. 2. Prize package 2 is the “Family Fun” package which includes a two night stay for up to six people at Noosa Holiday House and the prize includes a gourmet gift hamper and bottle of wine. Package two is valued at $1,600 AUD. 3. Prize package 3 is the “Girl’s Getaway” package which includes a two night stay for up to four people at Calabash Bay Lodge and a 3 course lunch or dinner with a private chef from Secret Dining. Package three is valued at $3,070 AUD. Prize values are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change. 4. Total prize package is worth $6,110. 5. If any provide becomes unavailable, the Promoter has the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. 9. Meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, spending money and all other ancillary costs are not included. 10. Competition entry is a game of skill and winning entries are selected based on the creativity of entries submitted, by a judging panel. 11. Prize is drawn on Thursday 02 June at 10AM at HXG, Building 1, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC 3121 Australia. 12. No correspondence will be entered into winner selection. The judges' decision is final and binding. 13. Prize winner’s entry, name, suburb and photography may be used for marketing purposes and entrants agree to this use without compensation. 14. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize providers. 15. Winners may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in. 16. Prize redemption is via email or phone directly with accommodation prize provider. Prize winners must provide a 30 day lead time for bookings and must be redeemed before 31 April 2018. 17. Block-out dates apply for prize redemption at accommodation providers. These include public holidays and long weekends, special events, school holidays and all of December 2017 and January 2018. 18. The Promoters is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered in connection with the prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss). 19. Blackout dates apply to prize redemption including public holidays, school holidays and special events as determined by prize provider. 20. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that would cause an entry not to be received by the Promoter and takes no responsibility for any error or omission of entries. 21. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by the HGX Privacy Policy which can be found at: http://www.beautifulaccommodation.com/privacy. 22. Entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter is the owner of all copyright and intellectual property of entry responses.
