8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over at the
time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to take the prize on the below dates relevant
for their State of residence:

c) Entrants and their companion must be an Australian resident and
have a registered address in either New South Wales, Queensland,
South Australia, Victoria or Western Australia.
d) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio Australia user. A registered
user means anyone who is an Australian resident who has downloaded

the iHeartRadio Australia App and registered their details; or who is an
Australian resident who has registered with iHeartRadio Australia with
their details online.
9. How to enter Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form
including by providing their contact details and by stating in 25
words or less why they want to win a double pass to the ‘Apia
Good Times Tour 2020’
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will
be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station.
(c) The Station will select the entries it deems to be the “best”
from all valid entries received within the time period specified;
and
(d) they will be deemed winners and will receive a prize.
10. Limitation on entries One entry during Competition Period
Any duplicate entries received from the same entrant will be deleted
prior to the final draw or judging being conducted

12. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour and
uniqueness.
13: Prize Details There are 15 x total prizes per State to be won, each prize as follows:
Prize: 1 x Double pass to the ‘Apia Good Times Tour 2020’ valued at a
minimum $259.90 (incl. GST) as per the below show details:

Please note tickets may be provided to any show in the winners State at
the discretion of the Tour Promoter and Prize Provider.

16: Prize Claim and Delivery The prizes will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail
unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.
17. Special conditions Events
Entrants must be able to attend the event in their State of Residence on
the below date:
WA: Fri 22 May, Perth Concert Hall
SA: Sun 24 May, Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide
Vic: Sun 31 May, Palais Theatre, Melbourne
NSW: Sat 13 June, Enmore Theatre, Sydney
QLD: Thu 18 June, Concert Hall Qpac, Brisbane
Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their prize.
• Once a winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible
to win any additional tickets to the same event.
Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not
available for any unforeseen reason, the Promoter takes no
responsibility and the Prize Winner will not be compensated.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the tickets will not be
transferable for any other Prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
