Plus, there’ll be lots of fun and entertainment, including more Fun Money prizes to be won every half an hour. A night out is only as fun as the people you spend it with, so if you score an invite we’ll give you four tickets so you can bring along three of your mates! Competition Terms and Conditions (Game of Skill) Schedule to Terms of Entry This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at: 12.01am AEDT Wednesday 17 October 2018 Entry into the Promotion closes at: 11.59pm AEDT Sunday 4 November 2018 5. Eligible States and Territories Clause 2 NSW VIC QLD 6. Age Restriction Clause 2 Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over. 7. Maximum Number of Entries Clause 3 Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion. 8. Entry Method Clause 3 Simple 25 words or less Website Entry During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question: “Tell us in 25 words or less what you would spend $100,000 of Fun Money on”. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria. The Promoter will select up to twenty (20) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a prize. 9. Entry Restrictions N/A 10. Judging Clause 4 All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5.00pm AEDT Wednesday 7 November 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The ‘best’ eighteen (18) online entries will be selected from all valid entrants whose relevant state is NSW and each awarded a ‘NSW Prize’. The ‘best’ two (2) online entries will be selected from all valid entrants whose relevant states are either QLD or VIC and awarded a ‘QLD & VIC Prize’. 11. Judging Criteria Clause 4 All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game. 12. Prize Clauses 8 - 15 NSW Prize: For entrants whose ordinary state of residence is NSW, there are eighteen (18) x prizes to be won, each comprising of: - Four (4) x invitations to The Keno Fun Money Frenzy on Thursday 15 November, 2018 between 6.30pm – 10.30pm at The Crown Hotel, 589 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 valued up to $100.00 each (incl. GST). QLD & VIC Prize: For entrants whose ordinary state of residence is either VIC or QLD (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) there are two (2) prizes, each comprising of: - Four (4) invitations to ‘The Keno Fun Money Frenzy’ on Thursday 15 November, 2018 between 6.30pm – 10.30pm at The Crown Hotel, 589 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 valued up to $100.00 each (incl. GST). - One (1) x Domestic Travel Prize for one (1) winner and three (3) companions (companions must also be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) to Sydney for one (1) night during the period Thursday 15 November to Friday 16 November 2018 (inclusive). - The Domestic Travel Prize comprises of the following components: • Four (4) adult return economy airfares from VIC, or QLD based on the entrant’s and companions’ eligible state (as determined by the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to Sydney to attend the event (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges); • One (1) nights minimum 3 star accommodation (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in Sydney, twin share, to be shared by the winner and companion. • $100 AUD spending money to be electronically transferred to the winner’s Australian bank account. Each prize is valued up to $4,400 (incl GST). For the avoidance of doubt, if a Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW, they will not be awarded the accommodation or the domestic travel prize element of the Prize. 13. Prize Restrictions Clauses 8 - 15 Prize must be taken on certain dates Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the prize on/between Thursday 15 November to Friday 16 November 2018 (inclusive). Dates and schedules of the prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes. 14. Total Prize Value Up to $8,800 (incl GST). 15.
