1. Each person can post as many photo entries as they please. Just one profile winner per each prize.
2. All work submitted must be an original work. We will accept photos taken by you or photos of you. If you submit a photo of you taken by someone else, you MUST have their consent to use the picture that you submit. As such, you are required to comply with all AUS. and international copyright laws, any and all laws regarding intellectual property and you will indemnify A Better Smile and its affiliates for any violations in connection with the image(s) submitted.
3. No purchase necessary to enter A Better Smile Photo Contest.
4. We reserve the right to reject any photos which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. Examples of the following types of photos we will reject include the following:
- Pornographic or nude images
- Images promoting illegal drug use
- Images depicting crimes of any nature
- A Better Smile Dental is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
5. All photos submitted that abide by the above rules will be entered into the contest pool. The winner who post the winning photo will be contacted via e-mail. Three winners will be chosen for our internal judges. All decisions of the contest will be final and binding.
6. The A Better Smile Facebook photo contest begins on Monday, August 9, 2016 until September 16, 2016.
7. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Contest. Entrants must also be legal residents of the Australia. Employees of A Better Smile and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
8. In entering the contest you subject yourself to both the Contest Rules and Legal Terms and Conditions. By submitting images to the Contest, you are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted both.
9. The winner will be notified by message within 12 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

General: Your entry into A Better Smile Facebook Photo Contest is subject to the Contest Rules, the following Legal Terms and Conditions, and all other guidelines, terms and conditions stated elsewhere on this site and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to all laws respecting intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, rights of privacy, pornography and defamation. By entering the Contest, you accept and agree to be bound by the Contest Rules and these Legal Terms and Conditions. A Better Smile shall be the administrator of the Contest and shall sometimes be referred to as the "Administrator".
Submissions of Photographs:
All work submitted must be original work. Digitally enhanced images, manipulated or composites of multiple images must be derivations of the entrant?s original photos for which the entrant is the copyright holder. We will accept photos taken by you or photos of you. However since photos of you are usually taken by someone else, you MUST have their consent to use the picture that you submit. As such, you are required to comply with all AUS. and international copyright laws, any and all laws regarding intellectual property and you will indemnify A Better Smile and its affiliates for any violations in connection with the image(s) submitted to the Contest. Furthermore, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Better Smile, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, directors, offices, and employees, against any and all claims, judgments, damages, liabilities, penalties and fines of any kind, stemming from any discovery that the submitted photo violates any and all applicable laws. By submitting your images, you grant Panasonic and its affiliates the right to use, publish or disseminate any of your images in print and/or on our website, online publications, email newsletters or in any other manner we desire. You also waive any claims of ownership or copyright protection with the photos you submit.
Eligibility: In order to participate in the Contest, you must be a legal resident of Australia. Must be 18 years of age or older as of September 1, 2016 to enter. Employees, officers and directors of A Better Smile and its affiliates and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. A Better Smile reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
Copyright Notice: A Better Smile respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
