I just completed a survey and didn't receive any points. It didn't even show up on my survey history.
I had a similar issue - been reported. Final survey question. Weny to submit.....error! Couldn't progress on that 200 (?) point survey. No history for me to review. So frustrating.
I am having this happening regularly. Tonight two of my surveys I spent 20 minutes each submitted and then a message I was not eligible for the survey. So frustrating as it happens too often. I do surveys with Profileperks and they credit any situations like this. This is a great site but I can't afford to have time wasted and put in the effort for nothing. The investigations I don't hear back on.
