Can't see a chat box anywhere and the contact form has vanished too,I redeemed on 14th August and haven't received..any ideas?

Hi, boocuddles60. There's an icon in the lower right of this Forum page. Looks like a stylised head and shoulders, in a circle. If you click on that, it should open a fresh chat session. I tried to attach an image of the icon but couldn't. Another glitch to be ironed out perhaps. Hope this helps. (Mac OS X, Opera as browser).
