I thought I was going nuts and thought I'd accidentally blocked the emails but at least I know that it isn't just me. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I've been trying to get in touch with support for weeks but no one is answering back. I've emailed and left messages on the page but still nothing. Maybe they're only answering through Facebook now? I don't use Facebook so I don't know. But it's a bit rough not having anyone respond. I don't know what's going on. ?????????????????????

Says Alex [support] hasn't been online since last May so don't know what we can do.
