I have experienced the frustrating experience of completing some quite long surveys only to get the message that I was screened out after completing in full. I used to be able to communicate via the chat widget at the bottom of the page but that has disappeared now so unable to get any assistance.

The same thing has happened to me over and over again and I've sent screenshots of the pages but no reply. Now I don't even get invitations for surveys and haven't for months. No one is answering support anyway. It's really becoming a problem. They say get in touch with support but there's no support. I don't know what to do. ?????????????????????
