Once again I have received the message that I have been screened out of a higher than average number of surveys even though I just successfully completed two 180 point surveys, makes no sense and still no contact widget available on the home page.

This is happening quite a lot and it's really frustrating and you get no reply from anyone. I have received a reply but it's like 2 weeks later! And all you get is I've added some points!
