Who can enter this giveaway?
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry and Australian residents.
When does the giveaway close?
The giveaway commences on August 15, 2023, at 9 am AEST and concludes on August 31, 2023, at 11:59 pm AEST or when the allocation of prizes is exhausted.
How can one enter the giveaway?
Entrants must visit the website (theoodie.com/pages/marvel-giveaway) during the competition period and complete the online entry form by providing their name and email address.
What is the prize?
The prize consists of ten (10) Oodie Wearable Blankets. The total prize value is $1,290 AUD.
How will winners be notified?
Prize winners will be notified instantly after submitting their entry if successful. They will then be contacted via email to organize the prize. If an entrant is unsuccessful, they will also be notified instantly after submitting their entry.
How must the prize be claimed and delivered?
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of being contacted by The Promoter. Prizes that are damaged, lost, or not delivered due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control will not be compensated or replaced.
Are there any special conditions?
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the award of prizes. Prizes are subject to availability and may be changed, canceled, or not available for unforeseen reasons or reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter reserves the right to request more information about an entry and exclude any entrant deemed unsuitable.
Can entrants receive marketing communications?
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Promoter, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
What happens if a design is on pre-sale?
If a winner selects a design on pre-sale, the order will be dispatched on the ship date after paying customers, as indicated on the product page.
