1 Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Treat yourself this Mother?s Day promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2 Promotion commences on 12 March 2014 at 10:01 am AEDT and closes on 12 May 2014 at 11.59 pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3 The Promoter is Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Limited ABN 65 000 032 333, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 Tel 02 9963 8888.
4 There will be 1 (one) draw period during the Promotion Period. The draw period commences on 12 March 2014 at 10:01am AEDT and ends on 12 May 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (Draw Period).
5 Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum to Be Club (Huggies® Club Members). Entrants who are not already Huggies® Club Members can join online at ?www.huggies.com.au:?http://www.huggies.com.au. Persons less than 18 years of age and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
6 To enter the Promotion (Entry) the entrant must during the Promotion Period: (1) log onto www.huggies.com.au/promotions (Promotion Website); (2) click on the ?Treat yourself this Mother?s Day? Promotion link on the Promotion Website; (3) accurately enter all personal information into the online entry form for the Promotion; (4) answer in 25 words or less: What is your favourite way to enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon; (5) agree to the Conditions of Entry by selecting the ?I agree to the Conditions of Entry? check box; and (6) click on ?Enter Promotion?.
7 Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8 A maximum of one (1) Entry may be submitted per Huggies® Club Member per week during the Promotion Period.
9 Each valid Entry received during the Draw Period will be placed in a draw to be held on 16 May 2014 at 4:00pm AEST (Draw). The draw set out in this condition 9 is referred to as the ?Draw?.
10 The Draw will be held at the Promoter?s address. The first valid Entry drawn electronically at random in the Draw will win the Major Prize: A Lazy Sunday Gift Hamper from Hampers Only (Major Prize). The second valid Entry drawn electronically at random in the Draw will win the First Runner-up Prize: A Recipe to Relaxation Gift Hamper from Hampers Only (First Runner-up Prize). The third, forth and fifth valid Entries drawn electronically at random in the Draw will win the Third, Forth and Fifth Runner-up Prize: A Long Stemmed Red or Pink Roses Gift Box from Roses Only (Third, Forth and Fifth Runner-up Prize).
11 The Major Prize consists of one Lazy Sunday Gift Hamper valued at $129.95 and includes one Papinelle Eye Mask and Scent Sachet in Lavender, one Papinelle Socks in grey marle, one Papinelle Throw Rug in Blush, one Perfection Cranberry Nougat (200gm), one Ecoya Hand Cream Sweet Pea and Jasmine (75mL) and one Hampers Only Signature Trunk from Hampers Only. The First Runner-up Prize consists of one Recipe to Relaxation Gift Hamper valued at $119.95 and includes one box of chocolates from Fardoulis, one sweet pea and Jasmine scented candle from Ecoya, one Papinelle robe and one Hampers Only Signature Trunk from Hampers Only. The Third, Forth and Fifth Runner-up Prize consists of one Long Stemmed Gift Box of Pink or Red Roses valued at $114.95 and includes 12 long stemmed roses and a box of chocolates from Roses Only.
12 The Major Prize is valued at $129.95; the First Runner-up Prize is valued at $119.95 and the Third, Forth and Fifth Runner-up Prize is valued at $114.95. There are a total of 5 (five) Prizes to be won. The total Prize pool is up to a maximum of $594.75. The value of the Prizes is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion Period and based upon the recommended retail prices at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
13 The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged, replaced or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
14 Each winner of a Prize will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the Draw, and each winner?s name will also be published on the Promotion Website.
15 The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary for an unclaimed Prize at the same place as the original Draw on 16 August 2014 at 4:00 pm AEST, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
16 The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the draw and details of the winner of any unclaimed Prize will be published on the Promotion Website on 16 August 2014.
17 The Promoter?s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
18 The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Entry process, or who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
19 The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost or misdirected Entries.
20 Any Entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will be void.
21 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the Prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
22 The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
23 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of entering and participating in the Promotion. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
24 The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
25 If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
26 All Entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires the entrant?s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant does not provide the mandatory personal information requested as part of the Promotion then the entrant will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant?s personal information to administer the Promotion, and disclosing the entrant?s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by participating in this Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter?s privacy policy available at http://www.huggies.com.au/privacy. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any of their personal information held by the Promoter, upon written request to the Promoter at the Promoter?s address.
27 These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
