Who can enter the "PLAY page 3" promotion?

The competition is open to all residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, West Australian Newspapers, prize suppliers, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
