Who can enter the Summer HealthCheck Competition?

Eligible entrants include new or current nib members who are 18 years or older, hold a GreenPass membership or an Extras, Hospital, Ambulance, or Overseas Cover, are up-to-date with their premium payments, and are not employees or immediate family members of employees of the Promoter or its related entities.

When does the competition close?

The competition closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Friday, 19th January 2024.

How can one enter?

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:
1. Access the nib HealthCheck via the nib App, Member Account online, GreenPass Member Account online, or the specified nib website.
2. Answer and submit all responses in the nib HealthCheck.
3. Maintain an active nib membership status at the time of the draw.
4. Have a registered first name, last name, and valid email address on their membership or policy.

What are the prizes?

There are four individual prizes, each consisting of an Activ Gift Card valued at $500 (inclusive of GST). The total prize pool for the competition is $2,000.

Additional Prize Details and Conditions:

- The Activ Gift Card is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited and is subject to terms and conditions available on their website.
- Each winner can win only one prize.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- The prize draw will take place on 24th January 2024 at 2:00 pm (AEST).
- Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and their names will be published on the nib website on 7th February 2024 for 28 days.
- Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 12th March 2024.
- Winners are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize.
- Prizes are subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier, including validity periods and terms of use.
