Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. The competition will commence at 12:30pm AEDT on Wednesday 8 March 2023 and will continue until 2.30pm AEDT on Sunday, 12 March 2023. Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by following @pedalbikes_au and @99bikes on Instagram and be the first to arrive at the location. The entrant must mention the code word to the 99 Bikes staff member to win a prize. The Code Word will be published on the @99bikes and @pedalbikes_au Instagram accounts. Prize for Wednesday 8th of March 2023 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.30pm AEDT. Prize for Thursday 9th of March 2023 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.30pm AEDT. Prize for Friday 10th of March 2023 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.30pm AEDT. Prize for Saturday 11th of March 2023 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.30pm AEDT. Prize for Sunday 12th of March 2023 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.30pm AEDT.
Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize. Each winner will receive one prize pack consisting of either: a Pedal Copacabana, Pedal Ranger, Pedal Uptown, Pedal Messenger Berlin or a Pedal Electric Bike of the promoter’s choosing. Each winner will receive a Met Helmet or Hiplok Z Lok. The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 99 Bikes will decide what prize pack each winner receives. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than what is expressly set out in the conditions above. All expenses and use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and, as applicable. There will be 40 prize winners (“Prize Winners”). Prize winners will be selected at the discretion of 99 Bikes. Prize winners will be announced on 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes Instagram accounts throughout the duration of the promotion (8th March - 12th March 2023). The prize winners’ details will be published on 99 Bikes website and social media channels no later than Monday, 13th of March 2023. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
