Who can enter?

The competition is open to Health Partners members who are over 18 years old and current financial members. Employees and Board members of Health Partners, its agents, affiliates associated with the promotion, and their immediate families are excluded.

When does it close?

The competition starts on December 12, 2023, at 9:00 am (ACDT) and closes on December 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm (ACDT).

How can one enter?

Entrants must register their details with Health Partners via the entry page. Only one entry per person is allowed.

What is the prize?

The prize consists of 1 of 5 $100 Eftpos Gift Cards. Each winner will receive one gift card. The total prize pool value is $100 AUD per gift card.

Additional Prize Details:

- Winners will be selected randomly using an online generator approved by the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner.
- Winners will be drawn on December 18, 2023, at 11 am (ACDT) and contacted via email within 48 hours of the prize draw.
- Gift cards will be mailed to the winners' nominated addresses within 14 business days of the draw date.
- If prizes are undeliverable or unclaimed after 14 days, no substitute or compensation will be provided, and a redraw will occur.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable as cash.
- Health Partners reserves the right to substitute all or part of the promotion with another offer of equal or greater value.
- Tax implications may arise from prize winnings, and winners are advised to seek independent financial advice.
- Acceptance of the prize does not create an employer-employee relationship with the Promoter.
