How can one enter?Entrants must register their details with Health Partners via the entry page. Only one entry per person is allowed.
What is the prize?The prize consists of 1 of 5 $100 Eftpos Gift Cards. Each winner will receive one gift card. The total prize pool value is $100 AUD per gift card.
Additional Prize Details:- Winners will be selected randomly using an online generator approved by the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner.
- Winners will be drawn on December 18, 2023, at 11 am (ACDT) and contacted via email within 48 hours of the prize draw.
- Gift cards will be mailed to the winners' nominated addresses within 14 business days of the draw date.
- If prizes are undeliverable or unclaimed after 14 days, no substitute or compensation will be provided, and a redraw will occur.
Additional Terms and Conditions:- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable as cash.
- Health Partners reserves the right to substitute all or part of the promotion with another offer of equal or greater value.
