How can one enter the promotion?Entrants must visit the specified website during the promotional period, follow the prompts to the entry page, and complete the online form with their personal details. Consent to become a Pets Club member is required for entry. Existing Pets Club members must also complete the online form to enter.
What are the prizes for the promotion?- Main Prize: $1,000 VISA Digital Gift Card and one year's supply of ADVANCE™ premium pet food, valued at up to $1,251 (5 winners).
- Sign-Up Gift: A 15% ADVANCE™ Store discount for all entrants who complete the online form.
What is the total prize pool amount?AUD $11,255 (including GST).
How will winners be selected and notified?Winners will be selected through a computerized random selection on 8 April 2024 at 12:00 pm AEST. Winners will be notified via email and phone within seven business days of the draw.
Are there any special conditions for the prizes?- The VISA Digital Gift Card and pet food supply prizes are subject to terms and conditions, including expiration dates and usage restrictions.
- The pet food supply is determined by the recommended feeding guide and the size of the winner’s pet.
- The pet food will be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner, excluding PO boxes.
What happens if a prize remains unclaimed?Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 11 June 2024 at 12:00 pm AEST, with new winners notified via email and phone within seven days of the redraw.
