Who can enter?
The competition is open to all New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory residents who are 16 years of age or over and comply with the terms and conditions. Employees or agents of the Promoter and related entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
When does it close?
The competition starts on December 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM (AEST) and ends on January 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM (AEST).
How can one enter?
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must: a) Purchase any item from an El Jannah store in person or purchase any item from eljannah.com.au in NSW or ACT during the competition period. b) Scan the “25th Anniversary” promotional QR Code located inside the restaurant or visit eljannah.com.au/nsw-25k-competition. c) Complete the “25th Anniversary” form on the landing page. d) Upload the receipt of purchase or invoice for online order and submit the form prior to the end of the competition period.
What is the prize?
There are two types of prizes: - Major Prize: $5,000 cash paid by way of electronic transfer. - Minor Prize: A BBQ, Original Kettle Premium Charcoal Barbecue, valued at RRP $499.00 AUD.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at RRP $37,475.
How is the winner determined?
Winners will be selected randomly through a Prize Draw held each week during the Competition Period. Each week, there will be one Major Prize Winner and five Minor Prize Winners.
When will the winner be notified?
The Prize winner will be contacted directly by the Promoter via email, and their names will also be announced at eljannah.com.au/nsw-25k-competition within 24 hours after the draw.
Any additional terms?
Prizes must be collected in person from the offices of El Jannah, and Eligible Entrants do not need to be present at the Prize Draw to win the Prize. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the competition at any time without notice. Entrants agree to the use of their personal information for promotional purposes and marketing communications. Entry to the competition is free, but entrants are responsible for any costs imposed by their internet service or other technology providers.
