Win 1 of 5 Copies of Trend Micro Identity Protection Advanced Trend Micro

Eligibility:- The Trend Micro Identity Protection Advanced competition is open to individual Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are not employees, or immediate family members of employees, of The Promoter or its related companies.
Competition Period:- The competition begins on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024, when the Promoter posts on the Trend Micro ANZ Facebook Channel inviting Participants to enter and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024.
How to Enter:- To enter the competition, Participants must visit the Promoter's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/TrendMicroANZ/ and comment on the Promoter's Facebook competition post, answering the competition question: 'What worries you MOST about identity theft?'
- Entries must be submitted before 11:59 PM AEDT on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024.
Entry Moderation:- Entries are subject to moderation, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude any Entry that is considered unlawful or offensive.
Judging:- Judging will be carried out by the Promoter's Content Marketing Team based on factors such as creativity and literary merit.
- The best 5 entries will be chosen as winners. This competition is a game of skill, and chance does not play a role in determining the winner.
- The judges' decision is final.
Prize:- There will be 5 winners, and each will receive 1 of 5 Trend Micro Identity Protection Advanced subscriptions with a recommended retail price of $180.00 AUD.
- Prizes will be delivered in the form of a subscription code.
- The total recommended retail price prize pool value is $900.00 AUD.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
Claiming the Prize:- Winners will be tagged in Trend Micro's winner post with instructions on how to claim their prize on Monday, February 19th, 2024.
- Winners must respond to the comment from Trend Micro to claim the prize.
- If a winner does not claim the prize by 12:00 PM AEDT on Monday, February 26th, 2024, or cannot provide suitable proof of eligibility or compliance with these terms, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
- Prizes are not exchangeable or transferrable.
Participant's Warranties and Indemnity:- Participants warrant that they have complied with the entry requirements and that their entries do not contain viruses or cause harm to any person or entity.
- Participants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims in connection with any failure to comply with these Terms.
Competition Conditions:- The Promoter reserves the right to reject, disqualify, remove, or moderate any Entry that does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms.
- If the competition is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition.
- The Promoter may disqualify any Participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.
Collection of Personal Information:- The Promoter collects Personal Information to conduct the competition and may disclose such information to third parties for this purpose. Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Liability:- The Promoter excludes liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud.
- The competition is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Facebook or Instagram, and Participants agree to indemnify Facebook and Instagram against claims arising from their failure to comply with these Terms.
General:- All money amounts in these Terms are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.
- If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
