Entries notcompleted in accordance with these Conditions will be ineligible.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia who are aged 18 years orover. Entrants must submit an entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.3. This Competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated withFacebook, Inc, Twitter LLC or Instagram. By participating in this promotion, the entrant agrees torelease Facebook, Inc, Twitter LLC or Instagram from any and all claims or liability that the entrantmay have arising out of this Competition.4. Thevalue of the Prize Pool at the time of printing is RRP AUD $4,995.00. Maximum total prize poolis valued at AUD $4,995.00. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in thevalue of the Prize Pool from that stated in these Conditions.b) Prize and Prizes means the items that comprise the Prize Pool.c) Competition means LG ULTRAGEAR COMP being run during the Competition Period.d) Competition Period means the period commencing at 12:01am (Sydney time) on 12November 2019 and ending at 11.59pm (Sydney time) on 12 December 2019.Entry and Verification6. During the Competition Period, the Promoter will post a competition link on LG & LG IT MonitorsAustralia Social Media Channels. To enter, entrants must visit the competition link, complete theform and answer the following question in 25 words or less: “Describe how a 1ms Response Time(monitor) will take your gaming to the next level”.7. One entry per person is permitted.8. Entries will not be valid if the judging panel deems their content to be inappropriate, disrespectfulor offensiveJudging & Prize9. The winners will be the 5 best valid entries submitted during the Competition Period as judged bythe judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality. Judging will take place at LGElectronics Australia, 2 Wonderland Drive, Eastern Creek by 13 December 2019. Winners will benotified via email and be asked to provide contact details. The judge’s decision will be final and no 2correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be announced on LG IT Monitors Australia’sFacebook page by 17 December 2019.10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will beindividually judged according to their skill, originality and creative merit and the entry judged to bethe best will win the Prize. All entrants must submit only their own original answers and answerscannot be previously published in any forum worldwide.11. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is notresponsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant oroccurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technicalmalfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone orinternet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combinationthereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computerrelated to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of anymaterials in this Competition.12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.13. There will be 6 winners. The best eligible entries will each receive a Prize from the Prize Pool. ThePromoter may select additional reserve entries and record them in the case of an invalid entry orineligible entrant being drawn.14. The delivery method for the Prizes will be discussed with the winners upon notification of win.
