The promotion commences at 7am (AEST) 14th April 2022 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 28th April 2022 (“Promotional Period”). Winners will be announced within 2 business days of the competition ending.
This is a lottery-based competition. To enter the draw you must be a Skechers Insider loyalty program member and enter your details into the form linked from the Skechers e-newsletter. There will be 1 x individual winner drawn for each of the 5 (five) prizes.
The winner will be drawn at random at 1pm (AEST) on 2nd May 2022 by representatives of the Promoter at 2/64 Balmain St, Richmond Vic 3121.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The prize winner will be notified via email on the 2nd May 2022.
There are five (5) individual prizes that make up the total prize pool:
Prize 1: A KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (up to the value of $900.00 - 8L model - KSM150 See here).
Prize 2: A $1,000 voucher towards your gym membership (gym to be selected by the winner based on location).
Prize 3: A Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition (32GB, 6.8’ display) up to the value of $289.00) + $500 Amazon voucher to purchase e-books.

There will be 1 winner that will be drawn at random for each of the five (5) prizes. Any Voucher or stated prizes is not redeemable for cash. The prize includes delivery of the voucher or stated prize within Australia.
If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any State regulation/approval. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner must claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification by the Promoter. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim the Prize within 48 hours, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that the prize notification email/message is returned as undeliverable/not acknowledged/able, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. The re-draw winner will be selected at random at 2pm (AEST) on 4th May 2022 by representatives of the Promoter at 2/64 Balmain St, Richmond Vic 3121.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or redemption of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by any applicable Australian law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Any personal information provided by entrants to the Promoter in the course of entering the competition will be dealt with by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants’ personal information will be used for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes, any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion and for distributing communications and marketing materials and event information in the future.
