The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The winner must claim their Prize within seven (7) days of being notified. If the Prize Winner is unable to claim the Prize by that date or if the Promoter is unable to contact the Prize Winner to claim fulfilment of the Prize by that date, that Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to the next best Eligible Entry received for the competition during the Promotional Period. The Promoter will not be liable for a Prize Winner who cannot be contacted.
To claim their prize, the Prize Winner must reply to the email sent by Weleda Australia or send a Private Message to Weleda Australia Ltd Facebook page and provide their nominated mailing address, telephone contact number and email address.
Prizes (or any unused portion of a Prize) are not transferable or exchangeable. Once a Prize has left the Promoter's control, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage to that Prize.
The Prize will be sent to the Prize Winner's nominated mailing address as stated in their reply email or in their Private Message to Weleda Australia Ltd Facebook page. The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with this Promotion will take no responsibility for the Prize being damaged or lost in transit.
