Residents of South Australia and Queensland, Australia, who are 18 years and older, are eligible to enter. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Drakes Supermarkets, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

The promotion closes at 9:00 PM (local time) or close of business (whichever occurs first) on 27 February 2024.

To enter, individuals must purchase any two M&Ms, Pods, or Maltesers 120-160g bag products in one transaction at a participating Drakes Supermarket. Entries can be submitted online at www.drakes.com.au/competitions or via automatic entry by scanning the myDrakes App during an eligible transaction. Entrants must keep an original copy of their receipt.

The first 50 valid entries drawn will each win a $50 Drakes Gift Card.

The total prize pool is valued at AU $2,500 (including GST).

The prize draw will take place on 1 March 2024. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone and announced online at www.drakes.com.au/competitions on the same day.

If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw may take place on 1 April 2024 at the same location as the original draw. The redrawn winner will be notified by mail/email and telephone and announced online on 1 April 2024.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice for promotional purposes without remuneration. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion under certain conditions. Entrants must provide personal information for entry and consent to its use for promotional purposes by the Promoter.
