How can one enter the promotion?To enter, customers must spend $500AUD or more (including GST) in a single transaction on the myKomatsu Portal. Each eligible order is an automatic entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of times a customer can enter.

How and when will the winner be selected and notified?The winner will be selected using a random name generator on 3 April 2024 at 2pm AEDT. The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 24 April 2024 at 2pm AEST. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email within two business days.
