Once the online entry form is fully completed, entrants must upload a scanned legible image of the original receipt which shows the TCL model purchased, date of purchase and price. All claims must be made within a 21 day period from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt, within final claims being submitted by 11.59pm AEST on October 4th, 2015. No claims will be accepted after this time. 8a.)
