Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to all Australian residents, excluding directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of HPW Franchising Pty Ltd or the agencies or companies associated with the competition.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at 23:59 (AEST) on 30th June 2024.
How can one enter the competition?Entrants must enter online at www.hippocketworkwear.com.au/win2024 and complete the mandatory fields to participate.
What are the prizes available in the competition?The prizes include 7 Rainbird branded jackets, distributed as follows:
- 2 jackets in April (1 male Hi-Vis Jones and 1 female Hi-Vis Ellis jacket)
- 2 jackets in May (1 male Altair Jacket and 1 female Lyra Jacket)
- 3 jackets in June (1 male, 1 female, and 1 children’s Stowaway Jackets)
The total prize pool is valued at $800.00.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool amount is $800.00.
How and when will winners be notified?Winners will be notified by phone call and text message within two days of each draw, which are scheduled for 10th May, 10th June, and 10th July 2024. Winners' names and states/territories of residence will also be published on the Hip Pocket Workwear Facebook page from the day of the draw for a period of 14 days.
Are there any conditions attached to the prize?Yes, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It is strictly NON-NEGOTIABLE, and no alternate prizes are offered. Prizes may require assembly, and batteries may not be included.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If prizes are not claimed within 48 hours of notification, they will be regarded as unclaimed prizes and become forfeit. A redraw may be conducted at the promoter’s discretion until a valid winner claims the prize.
