Entrants and their nominatedperson must be willing to sign an indemnity waiver toacknowledge their consent, and Entrants and theirnominated person who are unwilling to have thetelephone call recorded or provide written consent willforfeit their Entry. Page 2 of 11(d) Entrants and their nominated person to call, must beavailable for the Neds Legend to call during the NedsLegends Phone Calling Period (being between Monday,2nd September 2019 at 9.00am AEST and Friday, 27thSeptember 2019 at 5.00pm AEST). The Promoter and /or the Neds Legend is only required to contact theEntrant and / or their nominated person two (2) timesby telephone and if the Entrant and / or their nominatedperson does not immediately answer their telephone,the Promoter may exclude them from the Promotion.9: How to EnterDuring the Competition Period:(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercialsto visit the Station website and complete the onlineEntry Form including by:i. providing their contact details – full name,phone number, e-mail and address;ii. by stating in 50 words or less: ‘Tell us aboutthe awkward situation you’re in that youneed help getting out of’;iii. advising the full name of the person you wantthe Neds Legend to call on your behalf;iv. confirming this person’s relationship to you; andv. providing the phone number of the person forthe Neds Legend to call on.(b) Throughout the duration of the Promotion, arepresentative from the Australian Radio Network maycontact some of the registered Entrants to discuss theawkward situation they’re in that they need help gettingout of. This is not an indication of a Win. All Winners willbe notified at the conclusion of the Neds Legend PhoneCalling Period – from 5.00pm AEST on Friday, 27thSeptember 2019.(c) Each Entry submitted by the time specified by theStation will be individually reviewed by representativesof the Station. The Station will select the Entries itdeems are the ‘best’ from all valid Entries receivedwithin the time period specified.(d) Each week over the Competition Period, the Promoterwill shortlist two (2) Entries from New South Wales orQueensland, two (2) Entries from South Australia andtwo (2) Entries from Western Australia.(e) If the Neds Legend calls the relevant Entrant’snominated person and this call is broadcast on-air,between Monday, 2nd September 2019 and Friday, 27thSeptember 2019, they will be deemed the Winner forthat day and will receive a Prize.(f) The Promoter reserves the right in its absolutediscretion to refrain from broadcasting any call made bythe Neds Legend and the relevant Entrant’s nominatedperson.
