The competition offers two winners a $10,000 travel voucher each from AJM Global Journeys Pty Ltd. These vouchers can be used to book a trip to Paris or other travel arrangements, subject to the voucher's terms and conditions. How do I enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must swipe or scan their Zarraffa’s Z Card at the time of purchasing any Crème Brûlée product from participating Zarraffa’s Coffee stores during the promotional period. Each eligible purchase provides an entry into the competition.
Who is eligible to enter the Zarraffa's Crème Brûlée Competition?
The competition is open to permanent residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, Victoria, and South Australia who are not minors. Participants must make an eligible purchase and have a Zarraffa’s Z Card.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected through an electronic draw system at 1:00 PM AEST on Monday, 14 September 2026, at T3, 124 Distillery Road, Eagleby QLD 4207.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be notified in writing via email within two working days of the draw date. Their last name, initial of their first name, and postcode will also be published on the promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages within 30 days following the draw date.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed for three months, an unclaimed prize redraw will occur at 1:00 PM AEST on Monday, 14 December 2026, at the original draw location. Winners of the redraw will be notified in writing within seven working days.
