This will render all entries for that particular entrant invalid.To access the competition, entrants are required to sign-up to the Whisky Loot Newsletter database. This data is used to provide e-mail newsletters promoting Whisky Loot competitions, blogs, products and other Whisky Loot related information and opportunities.Entrants that subsequently unsubscribe from the Whisky Loot database, will render all of their competition entries invalid.Winners: Winners of the main competition prize are selected at random using the 'winner selection' software built into the competition software.?Winners of the main prize and any bonus prizes will be notified directly by the e-mail address that they used to sign-up to the Whisky Loot newsletter database.Winners must provide proof of age and identity in the form of a passport, official ID card, photo identification, or other official documentation as part of the entry ratification process. Failure to provide the aforementioned proof will result in the entrant's winning entry be rendered invalid, at which stage Whisky Loot will draw a replacement winner.Winners must provide all proof of age and identity within 1 calendar month of the close of the competition that they have been selected as the winner. Failure to do so will render the winning entry invalid at which stage Whisky Loot will draw a replacement winner.In the event of Whisky Loot not receiving a reply from the winner to the winner's notification email, Whisky Loot will resend the notification on a weekly basis for the period of one calendar month. In the event, after 1 calendar month, Whisky Loot has received no response to the winner's notification email, the winning entry will be rendered invalid and Whisky Loot will draw a replacement winner.Winners of all prizes must agree to pose for (or provide) photographs of themselves alongside the prize (or being presented with the prize) for use as promotional material by Whisky Loot on the Whisky Loot website, social media and any other form of Whisky Loot promotion. Failure to agree to this condition will result in the winning entry being rendered invalid, at which stage Whisky Loot will draw another winner.All prizes will either be shipped and delivered by courier or delivered in person by a representative of Whisky Loot.
