The MKR x Spotlight: Rate the Plate 2026 competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or older, where the Channel Seven signal is received. Employees of the Seven Network, Spotlight Pty Ltd, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected through a random draw. The Major Prize draw takes place at Ansible Pty Ltd in Surry Hills, NSW, on Monday, 30th November 2026 at 10:00 AEDT. Instant Prize winners are determined using a computerised random system and notified instantly.
How will the winner be notified?
The Major Prize winner will be notified by email and phone call within two business days of the draw. Instant Prize winners receive an onscreen message upon winning and will also be contacted via email and phone call within two business days.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed by 13:00 AEDT on Monday, 1st March 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 14:00 AEDT on the same day at Ansible Pty Ltd in Surry Hills, NSW. The new winner will be notified by email and phone call on the day of the draw.
