LENDLEASE COMMUNTIES VIC MASTER SUITE FITOUT (2018)
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter and their
immediate families are ineligible to enter. Lendlease business partners including home builders,
suppliers and other stakeholders who engage in a business relationship with Lendlease are ineligible to
enter. Promotion commences at 10am on Saturday 6th January 2018. Entries close at 5pm on Sunday
29th April 2017.
3. To enter you must have entered via electronic competition form in Display Homes or Land Sales &
Information Centre, at the following locations:
Harpley - Corner of Billeroy Way and Terama Chase, Werribee VIC, 3030, within the promotional period,

th January 2018 until 11th March 2018.
Aurora - Corner of Craigieburn Road East and Edgars Road, Wollert, VIC, 3076, within the promotional
period, 6
th January 2018 until 11th March 2018.
Atherstone – Corner of Fenway and Atherstone Boulevarde, Strathtulloh VIC, 3338, within the
promotional period, 6
th January 2018 until 29th April 2018.
4. Multiple entries are permitted.
5. The total prize pool is worth a total of $7,500. The first eligible entry drawn from each location will win
one of three $2500 vouchers. Details of prize are listed below. Individual terms & conditions may apply
to prize and will be provided to prize winners at the time of awarding the prize voucher. Prize vouchers
are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
6. The prize will be drawn by random selection generator at the above locations at 4pm on the first
Monday following the end of the promotional period for each location. Winners will be contacted on
or before the 7th of the following month. The prizes are:
a. $2500 Adairs voucher described as “master suite fitout” awarded to entry between the 6th of
January and 11th of March 2018 at the Harpley location
b. $2500 Adairs voucher described as “master suite fitout” awarded to entry between the 6th of
January and 11th of March 2018 at the Aurora location
c. $2500 Adairs voucher described as “master suite fitout” awarded to entry between the 6th of
January and 23th of April 2018 at the Atherstone location
Winner[s] must claim their prizes by collecting the prize vouchers from the listed locations above
Information Centre, open Monday 1pm to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am – 5pm and weekends 10am –
5pm.
7. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by producing
such photo identification as may be directed by the Promoter.
9. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
10. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may
have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’), and consumer guarantees relating
to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement
(‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or
damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with the
Promotion or the prize. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and
conditions is excluded.
11. Lendlease is the Promoter only. Adairs are the suppliers of the prizes to the winners, and the terms and
conditions of Adairs apply to the supply of the relevant prizes. Relevant Terms & Conditions will be
provided with prize vouchers.
12. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner, and any other person(s) sharing the prize with the
winner, may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter
including but not limited to a further agreement to exclude liability of the Promoter for certain loss,
damage or injury arising from the use or participation in a prize to the extent the prize is or includes a
recreational service or activity.
13. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner, and any other person(s) sharing the prize with the
winner, may be asked to participate in publicity to promote their win. This may include, but is not
limited to, promotion on Lendlease Communities Facebook pages, the Lendlease Communites websites
and via electronic Lendlease Community newsletters.
14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary at
locations listed on Monday 4
th June 2018 in order to distribute any unclaimed prize by that date.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As detailed in the privacy statement which
accompanies these terms and conditions, all entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’
names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
16. By entering into the promotion you accept all conditions of entry including these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter may cancel the promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the
Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the
Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
(i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the listed locations.
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.

Please note, we are required by law to keep this competition entry form for a period of three years in
accordance with Victorian Commission for Gaming and Liquor Regulation Gaming Regulations, after
which time if you have indicated your desire not to receive any further information, this entry form will
be destroyed. This may limit our ability to supply you with services in the future.
