Eligible Entrants 1. The promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over and who
are residents of Australia.
2. Employees and their immediate family are ineligible to enter the
promotion.
“Employees” means any directors, management, employees,
concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people
who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment.
“Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether an individual is an
Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion.
4. Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an
organisation or group.
5. On notification of winning, a winner must verify their identity and provide
evidence of their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify they
are an Eligible Entrant in the Promotion.
