Residents of Australia (ACT/ NSW/ NT/ QLD/ SA/ TAS/ VIC/ WA) who are over the age of 18 at the time of Entry.
Entrants consent to Abercrombie & Kent using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
How to Enter
Entrants must visit the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period, fully complete the online entry form and correctly pick three of the following:
2020 premiers (Premiers at conclusion of the AFL Grand Final 2020)
Wooden Spoon (bottom of the ladder at conclusion of round 23, 2020)
Coleman Medal Winner (most goals kicked at the conclusion of round 23, 2020)
Brownlow medal winner 2020 (conclusion of the 2020 Brownlow medal)
The winner is the entrant who correctly forecasts three of the above predictions. If more than one entrant has the same correct forecast than the prize will be awarded to the entrant who submitted their entry first.
How to Win
The Promotion is a game of skill and the winner of the Promotion will be judged by the Promoter in its absolute discretion to have successfully submitted the correct predictions as per above entry requirements.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the matter.

The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize cannot be amended or changed in anyway and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification
The itinerary cannot be altered or amended
The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit prize/s in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or not claiming a prize. Any prize that remains unclaimed will become void. No further winners will be announced
Prize collection is subject to specific dates of booking and travel periods
The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, service charges, spending money, activities, tickets or passes, room service, mini-bar items, laundry services, excess payable on insurance claims, extended travel dates, passports and visas (if applicable). Further fare rules may apply. All taxes payable, airline and government are the responsibility of the prize winner.
All components of the prize must be taken together and the winner and their travelling companion must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point and share the same itinerary.
The winner and their travelling companion are solely responsible for their entry and the entry of their travel companion into the Africa, at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary passports, visas, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations have been obtained prior to travel.
The winner and their travelling companion agree to abide to any prevailing terms and conditions of flight provider (Conditions of Carriage), transport provider, services provider, transfers provider, travel insurance provider, tour or ticket providers, and in particular, any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable by the Agent of the Promoter if a winner or their travel companion, are unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including ejection, delay, refusal of entry into or departure from the Africa or participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of a prize are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of use, are only valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets, passes or vouchers issued, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited by the winner.
A valid passport is required for all international travel and must have six (6) months validity from the return date of entry back into Australia. The name on the airfare bookings must appear exactly as written in the winner’s passport and that of the winner’s travelling companion. The Promoter or Sponsor is not responsible for being denied boarding or any re-issue costs charged by the airline due to an incorrect name supplied.
No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the prize winner and/ or their companion miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the prize winner and companion. The Promoter and Prize Supplier is not responsible for any costs associated with flights that are cancelled or delayed for any reason, including but not limited to accommodation and transfer costs. The Promoter and Prize Supplier is not responsible if cancellation or delay of flights or missing flights causes the prize winner and companion to miss the ticketed elements that makes up part of this prize.
The Promoter and Sponsor reserve the right to require the winner and their travel companion to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, Sponsor, or suppliers of prizes, in their absolute discretion including without limitation a form of waiver or release with respect to acceptance or usage of the prize, or any liability arising out of or in relation to the Prize or this Competition. The prize winner may be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter. Bookings will be made by the Sponsor. Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice.
The prize cannot be altered in any way, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, nonupgradeable and non-changeable. The prize in its entirety cannot be redeemed for cash.
Validity:
The prize is valid for two people, twin share for travel before 31 December 2021, except during blackout dates below.
Blackout dates: 1 July – 30 September 2020; 1 July – 30 September 2021.
The trip is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
The trip may be supplemented with additional arrangements outside of the itinerary, at the winner’s own expense
