Who can enter the promotion?The promotion is open to all Australian Residents who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry and have a valid email address. Employees, directors, officers, their immediate family, and household members of the Promoter, the Business, related bodies corporate, and any advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.
When does the promotion close?Entries into the promotion open on 16th February at 10am and close on 24th February at 11.59pm.
How can one enter?To enter, participants must play the ‘Chemist Warehouse Hoop Heroes’ game at www.nbl.com.au/chemistwarehouse and enter the requested information including full name, mobile, and email. Entrants can only enter once, and the use of automatic entry software is prohibited.
What is the prize?There will be one winner randomly selected who will receive a $500 Chemist Warehouse gift voucher.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total retail value of the promotion prize pool is AU$500 (excluding GST) as of February 2024.
How will the prize draw be conducted?The draw will be conducted via the Tradable Bits online platform on 25th February at 10am. Eligible entrants are not required to be present at the draw to win.
How will the winner be notified?The winner will be notified in writing by direct email message through the email supplied when entering the promotion and their name published at www.nbl.com.au/competitions. Winners must respond to the Promoter’s notification message and provide prize delivery details in order to claim their prize within 14 days after the relevant publication date.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited by the winner. If a winner does not satisfy the Terms and Conditions or cannot be contacted, a further entry will be drawn on 11th March at the same place as the original draw to distribute the unclaimed prize. This process will continue until a valid winning entry is drawn.
