The competition is open to individuals over 15 years of age at the time of entry.

To enter, participants must: 1. Be subscribed to Surf Coast Events e-newsletter with a valid and active email address. 2. Follow both SurfCoastEvents & BairBikes on Facebook OR SurfCoast_Events & BairBikes on Instagram. 3. Tag a friend who would love to win an e-bike too on the 'Win the ULTIMATE e-bike cruiser!' social post on either Facebook or Instagram.

The prize includes a Winki e-bike from Bair Bikes, an essential surfboard rack, and a Thousand Helmet, with a total prize value over $3,000.

The winner will be randomly drawn on April 12, 2024, and announced on SurfCoastEvents Facebook and SurfCoast_Events Instagram on the same day.

Yes, the winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. Employees and contractors of Surf Coast Shire Council are not eligible to enter. Collection of the prize is at the winner's expense. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Surf Coast Times. Participants ride their Winki Bair Bike at their own risk and should always wear appropriate safety gear. By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Surf Coast Shire Council and having their name posted on social media if they win.
