Win a Bondi Wash Pack - 1. Introduction 1.1 Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be binding on you when entering any competitions operated by Orange360, its sponsor or any company or website owned or controlled by Orange360. 1.3 The competition commences Thursday 29 October and closes Monday 30 November 2020. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the completion close date and time. 1.4 The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at 10am Tuesday 1 December at 150 Peisley Street Orange, NSW 2800. 2. Eligibility 2.1 This competition is open to all residents of Australia, over the age of 18, as to the date of entry. 2.2 Entrants will automatically enter the competition when they complete the online form. 2.3 Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is Orange360. 2.4 All entries must be received by Orange360 by the closing date specified in the competition. 2.5 The winner will be selected randomly. 3. How to Enter 3.1 Entrants will automatically enter the competition when they complete the online form. 3.2 Entries may include all requested contact details, including an email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 4. Number of Entries permitted 4.1 There is one entry per any one entrant. 5. Prize on offer 5.1 Total prize value is $400 inclusive of delivery. 5.2 Prize will be delivered to winner 5.3 Where a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with at the absolute discretion of Orange360. 5.4 Prizes are not transferable, must (where applicable) be used on the dates specified and may not be redeemed for cash.
