The special menu doesn?t include beverages. 12. All bookings must be made directly between the winner/s and the restaurant and not through Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. The winner will receive a voucher with the prize details stipulated and it is at the discretion of the restaurant to agree upon a booking time as well as any cancellation policies. 13. Total Prize pool value is approximately $1800 and any unused monetary value cannot be redeemed. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars. 14. Outdoor events are subject to adverse weather conditions. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur during the event, and acknowledge that tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. 15. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prizes must be taken as described and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as described. Award of Prize 16. Winning entrants will be drawn at random during the Event, at approximately 10 am on 15 March 2016. Entries will be drawn at random, by an internal panel at the Melbourne Food and Wine office. 17. The winner will be notified by email and or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. 18. The winner will have their tickets emailed to the email address included within the entry form 19. If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize draw will be conducted at random on 17 March at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival office. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant?s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
