Flickerfest rolls into the Kino on February 17 for one night only. Festival-goers can expect a Best of Melbourne program including a new 20-minute animation, 'Ernie Biscuit', from Oscar-winning 'Harvie Krumpet' filmmaker Adam Elliot.
